Registration for Energy Exchange 2017 is open to government and national lab employees as well as government contractors and private industry.
The current registration rates are $295 per person for Federal Employees/National Lab Staff attendees ($450 for Private Sector/Contractors). All attendees can participate in the only DOE training conference that provides:
2 ½ days of workforce development training aimed specifically at helping federal agencies understand, achieve, and surpass their energy/water goals.
Access to a co-located trade show is also included with registration. This trade show offers a unique chance to encounter product vendors and service suppliers offering a number of options for streamlining processes and cutting costs.
Group Lunch will be offered to allow attendees to have time for lunch, process what they learn, and have some additional time to network with fellow attendees. As this is covered by the registration fees. Government travelers should follow their organization’s guidance to deduct the $13 provided lunch from their trip voucher for each day they participate in the event.

Registration Notice for DOE and National Laboratory Staff: Please note that in order to control costs, this year’s event is once again invitation-only for DOE-funded attendees. DOE’s Sustainability Performance Office (SPO) will work with the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) to establish an approved DOE attendee list. All DOE Conference POCs will be provided with the approved list. If you do not receive an invitation to attend from either the SPO or FEMP and attempt to register for this year’s event, your training event/conference registration will be canceled. You will be responsible for canceling your own hotel reservation. If you are unsure if you are on the approved DOE attendee list, check with your site’s conference management POC.
